Basant reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or terminate any User's access to the Platform for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform, other Users or the general public.

All Content on the Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Basant does not directly facilitate, broker or accept online gambling wagers. Any gambling activity undertaken by a User is conducted entirely through the relevant third-party Operator's own platform, subject to that Operator's own terms and conditions.

To access certain features of the Basant Platform, you may be required to register an Account. When registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

You agree to notify Basant immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. Basant will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — are your sole responsibility until you have notified Basant of a security breach.

During account registration, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All intellectual property rights in and to the Basant Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, written content, guides, data compilations and software — are owned by or licensed to Basant. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view Content on the Platform for your own non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Content without Basant's prior express written consent.

Any User-generated content submitted to Basant (including feedback, reviews or support communications) is provided on a royalty-free basis and may be used by Basant for platform improvement purposes. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Basant, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any Content published on the Platform, including inaccuracies or omissions;
• Gambling losses incurred through third-party Operators referenced on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any technical failures, interruptions or errors in the Platform's operation;

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

For Pakistani users specifically: these Terms do not override the application of Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 or any other applicable legislation. Users must independently determine the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Basant reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users by means of a notice posted on the Platform or by email where a valid address is held on account. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
